Rogers - New Blackberry launch media conference

Rogers had a media event to announce the launch of a new phone and for this event, they wanted very modern, sleek and chic floral arrangements.

It's amazing what you can do with 3 white callas, black river rocks, strands of lilly grass and clear glass rectangular vases.

Here is the final result:

Floramatique flowers for a destination wedding - Amy and Chad

Amy and Chad had their destination wedding and they asked me to create their Floramatique flowers so they can take with them to Cuba.


Amy is a bride after my own heart - she gave me full creative control without even meeting me in person, but we communicated via email, all she requested was COLOUR!!!

Andreea and Brian

I was looking forward to this wedding for a long time especially because the bride is my best friend.

Andreea wanted a vintage, romantic and simple chic look for her wedding decor and flowers. She loves light and airy colours so the obvious choice was a mix of creams, light pinks and light greens.

Andreea carried a gorgeous bouquet of vendella roses, light pink and cream baby roses.

Melis and Rob

Melis wanted an elegant and classic look with a modern twist. I created a bouquet of white roses, green hypericum berries and for a modern twist, I added looped lillygrass and a collar of aspidestra leaves around the bouquets. To make Melis' bouquet unique, I added 3 green cymbidium orchids.

The bridesmaids' bouquets were a smaller version of the bridal bouquet.

The Maid of Honour's bouquet was a little different - I added hot pink roses.

The flower girl (oh so cute!) carried a small hand-tied bouquet of vendella roses, green hypericum berries and baby's breath.




Corsages - mother of the bride wore a beautiful pearl bracelet corsage with a single white rose surrounded by a halo of baby's breath. The aunts wore a pin corsage of spray roses and baby's breath.

Centrepieces - a beautiful sparkly silver pedestal bowl was filled with gorgeous white roses, white spray roses, lush greenery, green hypericum berries and looped lilly grass.

Ashleigh and Jeff

Ashleigh and Jeff wanted very elegant and modern flowers. Ashleigh loves pink so she wanted a combination of pinks and cream. I created this elegant and mordern hand-tied bouquet of roses in 3 different shades: cream, light pink and hot pink.

For that modern touch, I added a couple of strands of beargrass looped on top of the bouquet.

For the super cute flowergirl, I created a mini version of the bridal bouquet and I added some baby's breath and pink wax flowers for a whimsical look.

I wanted to create an elegant and whimsical wrist corsage for the mothers of the of the bride and mother of the groom.

Here's a quick tip: when choosing a corsage colour if you do not know what colour dress the mothers will wear ont he day of the wedding, always choose a white or ivory corsage, that way it will match with everything.

The groomsmen wore a single hot pink rose boutonniere and the Groom wore a double rose boutonniere with cream roses and looped grass strands to match the bride's bouquet.

Asheligh and Jeff, I really enjoyed creating your bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages and I wish you all the happiness in the world.

Denise and Jonathan

Denise and Jonathan got married on Saturday, July 5, 2008 at the beautiful

DiNardo Mansion in Aurora.

Denise carried a stunning bouquet of deep purple calla lillies.

Her bridesmaids carried a simple and modern bouquet of tall white calla lillies,

wrapped with white satin ribbon and pearl acents. Her maid of honour carried a mini

version of the bridal bouquet.

At the reception, Denise wanted to continue the calla lilly theme in the centrepieces and

decor. I submerged 3 white callas at different heights in tall glass vases for an elegant

and modern look.

Elegant arrangments of fresh white flowers in glass square vases were placed on the

headtable.

Celine and Kevin's wedding

Celine wanted a more modern and unique looking flowers for her bouquet. She wanted a combination of a crisp green and creams.
I used a combination of lime green spider mums, jade roses and cream roses, accented with white wax flowers. Her bouquet was wrapped with ivory satin ribbon and an overlay of lace that matched her wedding dress, accented with white pearl headed pins.





The groom's boutonniere was a simple and elegant white calla lilly. Celine wanted to incorporate an artistic element in his boutonniere so I used copper wire which I curled and wrapped around the stem of the calla.






The maid of honour bouquet was a mixture of cream roses and lime green spider mums, wrapped with satin chocolate brown ribbon and accented with light brown pearl headed pins.





The bridesmaids' bouquets were a smaller version of the bridal bouquet, and I wrapped them in chocolate brown ribbon with a lime green ribbon on top, accented with green pearl headed pins.
